When can I expect to receive my Glacée Beauty package?

We offer First Class Shipping and Priority Mail 


Step 1: Place your order
Step 2: Allow us 5-14 business days for processing

Step 3: Allow 1-3 days for USPS to scan in package as they're are shipped at a high volume
Step 4: Your order is shipped and will be delivered in 2-5 business days

Please be aware that there may be a delay in processing time during high volume months. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment

My tracking number hasn't update. What can I do?

Contact us via email so we can assure there was no issue

I need my order expedited. What can I do?

We don’t offer expedited processing of orders. We process in the order that it is received.




What do I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Track your order with the tracking number provided to you. Please note, at times USPS will not enter the step by step tracking of your product when it leaves Las Vegas. Then miraculously it will show up on the tracking system or better yet on your doorstep. Please contact USPS once your timeframe has passed to open a case if you do not receive your package.

We have no control over what happens to your package after it leaves the warehouse! Any lost/late/stolen packages will have to be located through USPS. Please contact us using the form below or directly to with any questions.


Do you offer refunds or returns?

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Returned/Denied packages are not subject to refunds.

Please be sure to provide correct shipping address as you will not be subject to a refund as we are 100% out of control once package is shipped.

"My Tracking Number Says Delivered, But I Don't See My Package. Where Is It!?!"

In this case, you will need to reach out to your local post office / the shipping service your package was shipped through to locate or file a claim for lost/stolen package. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, they are then 100% in the postal services control. Please remember that we are not the ones hand delivering your package to you

”What If My Package Is Lost Or Damaged?”

Although all orders are made and packaged with love & care, things do happen. Once all orders are dropped at the post office, we have no control what so ever of what happens to that package on its way to you. REMEMBER, we are not the ones delivering your order. Damaged goods are not subject to a refund. 

If this is the case, we recommend to immediately contact a consultant from the delivery service (USPS or UPS) for assistance in filing a claim to be reimbursed for your purchase / locating your order.
